The Founder’s Story

Hello, I’m Vanessa Farino!

First-generation daughter of immigrants, 3x award-winning Latina entrepreneur, and former tech startup professional turned consultant. My journey has been recognized with accolades like Boston Business Journal's "40 under 40," El Mundo Boston's "30 under 30," and honored by the League of United Latin American Citizens. I shared my story in the award-winning documentary "Still Working 9 to 5," alongside global iconic feminists like Jane Fonda, Dolly Parton, Lily Tomlin, Rita Moreno, and Zoe Nicholson, exploring the evolution of gender inequality in the workplace.

Growing up surrounded by entrepreneurs, I launched my first company at 15. Despite being a college dropout with dyslexia, I founded six successful businesses, proving that unconventional paths can lead to fulfilling careers.

At Creative CEO, I empower creatives, especially women, to transition seamlessly from traditional careers to thriving entrepreneurial ventures. My mission is to ignite your creative power and build purpose-driven businesses with a human-first approach.

Let’s create a business and life you love, and make a lasting impact on your community. Together, we can build a legacy that resonates with your unique goals.
