Hello, I’m Vanessa Farino!
Public speaker, award-winning Latina entrepreneur, and business strategist.
I'm honored to have been recognized by both Boston Business Journal's "40 under 40" and El Mundo Boston's "30 under 30" lists for my accomplishments, and was recently featured in the documentary "Still Working 9 to 5" based on the movie “Working 9 to 5” examining the 40-year evolution of gender inequality and discrimination in the workplace since the 1980s.
I grew up around entrepreneurs and knew it was in my blood, especially when I started my first company at 15. Throughout multiple endeavors (including the 6 total businesses I founded), I also held a corporate career working directly with C-Suite Executives in Boston at startup companies for over a decade.
As a business strategist, I help entrepreneurs transform the way they operate and view their businesses by leveraging a more human-based approach.
